A Unique Fitness Gym
At Pulse Personal Training, our one-hour sessions help you maximize your time working out. Unlike one-on-one personal training, the sessions at Pulse Personal Training are designed for small groups of 4-6 people. Members get individual attention from the trainer, as well as support and encouragement from their peers.
Personal training isn’t just for body builders and elite athletes. At Pulse, we focus on understanding your goals, then develop group training sessions to help put you on the path to better fitness. Our members range in age from 35-70 years old, and their objectives are just as varied: weight loss; healthier diet; maintain fitness; injury recovery; improve agility/mobility; de-stress.
