Our couch to 5k program is designed for true beginners. Whether you are looking for a walk to run finish or you have a goal to run the whole 5k distance for the first time, we’ll provide the training plan, motivation and so much more.

About the Event

If you are new to the idea of running this group is for you!  We are looking for 8 people who are ready to take on a challenge they never thought was possible.... Running a 5k!!  Register now to make sure you are part of the team taking on this new challenge!

Included in the program:

  1. One on one consultation with your running coach to discuss your goals
  2. A complete training plan customized for you to complete a 5k in 8 weeks
  3. Group runs 2 times per week, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings
  4. Education on proper nutrition, hydration, warm-up and post-run stretching
  5. Motivation from group training including mentors to help each step of the way
